Errr....

Posh is a Japanese Sukiyaki house (the first of it’s kind in North America - they claim) and should not be confused with Chinese hot pot. They are two completely different dishes. The main difference being that when you go for Chinese hot pot you are offered a variety of soup bases, at Sukiyaki there is only one sauce base made with soy sauce, water (sometimes sake) and sugar, there is no other variation.
