long story short

you take some rice flour shit, mix it with water, mix that around til you get a non liquid thing, feels like dough. should be 3 parts flour to 1 part water
you pluck out little balls of the dough, flatten the balls, put whatever filling you want onto the flattened ball, roll the sides back up to cover the filling, and voila. then you take water, boil it, throw in some brown sugar or whatever "soup bottom" you want, and cook them in there til they float.

cuz i only tried it once @ a friends house...the pieces weren't...normal..LOL they were like in triangles and squares and hexagons. u name the shape we probably had it....we couldn't cut it for shit
