so what kind of equipment do you have? i wanna do some bench presses and chin ups. i could work on my abs too if you have a stand alone bench.

youll be able to do allthose. i dont think theres a chinup bar, but theres some stuff you can improvise with. theres a bench for sure, and as for the bench presses...theres no solid bars, but you can do them with dumbells

theve got treadmills, sauna and hottub too, for after or something. really relaxing mood there, never really packed with people
