if the cap is red its probably from my friend's dealer. and canada doesn't have special plates for kei cars.

capps come in silver, green, red and some other color i think probably black? dun remember, but there are a few in van, i've only seen red and silver ones though. approx. 700kg 63hp for early ones and 64hp for the kouki models i think, difference is the rubber belts vs. chains i think lol iuno
